My name is Leo Friel and I am a passionate wedding and portrait photographer.
I'm based in Edinburgh but am happy to cover the central belt or even further afield for special assignments! The services I offer are;

I have been practising photography for some 20 years but in the last few years have taken this to a professional level and started my business doing what fascinates me most - photographing people. Typically this means weddings, children, and families as well as artists, authors and musicians. I like to try to obtain natural images of people and this is highly sought after for portraits and weddings but I do have an interest in what I call urban photography - photographing striking images in gritty urban locations.
As with anything, preparation is the key to success which is why I will often research the location for your wedding, lifestyle or portrait shoot to ensure you receive the strongest possible set of images.
I am skilled in digital image development and can offer digital retouching should this be required. So there's no need to panic if the groom is sporting a black eye!
I use the best professional cameras and lenses which gives the highest standards in quality and reliability and will have a full back up set for the occasion.
